Returns & Replacements
Returns are not authorized for custom made products. If a product has a manufacturing defect, products will be replaced at 52Cards.com expense. Please contact us at sales@52cards.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization and return shipping able (if required).
Cancellations
Cancellations are only valid if the order has not yet been produced. Since custom-made products are non-transferable to other customers, we are unable to process cancellations after production begins. If you wish to proceed with a cancellation, a 25% “restocking” fee will applied from the original amount of payment.
