Shipping & Delivery

When placing an order please select a shipping method desired.  Due to our high shipping volume, our rates are optimized with UPS with the density and heavy weight of playing cards ensuring you get the best rates possible.  52Cards and associated companies do not assume responsibility for shipping delays or damage by shipping carriers such as UPS and USPS caused by weather, address correction or other extraordinary events not within our control.  If your project is time sensitive, we recommend choosing an expedited shipping method to arrive a day or two earlier than your desired date.  52Cards and associated companies reserve the right to modify shipping methods in order to meet due dates requested by customer; however, customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges.  In most cases, 52Cards will make every effort to contact the customer for approval of additional charges. 

Tariffs

The shipping fee you pay at checkout only covers the cost of transportation through UPS. If your your order is being delivered to an address outside the United States, your local government (not UPS or 52Cards.com) may assess import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon delivery. These charges are determined by the country of destination, and unfortunately, we have no control over them and cannot predict or collect them in advance. UPS is simply acting as the customs broker and collecting those fees on behalf of your country’s customs agency. We wish we could absorb or prevent those charges, but all import fees are the responsibility of the buyer. If you have questions about the specific fees charged, your local customs office or UPS should be able to provide more details.

RUSH Orders

Expedited production and RUSH service are available on most products to include custom products.  RUSH services is a guaranteed delivery service.  It is the customer’s responsibility to choose the most expeditious shipping method when selecting RUSH services.  In the rare event a RUSH order doesn’t meet its delivery date, 52Cards will consider refunding the RUSH cost only.  If you have any questions or concerns with your ordering meeting a specific deadline, please email us at sales@52cards.com.
